1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The use of Consumerletters.co.uk website and the contracting of Consumerletters.co.uk services is acknowledgment and acceptance of the company's terms and conditions as detailed in this document.

2. Service Guarantee and Contractual Obligations

Consumerletters.co.uk provides clients with the best possible quality of service. Consumerletters.co.uk guarantee that a client will not pay more than the advertised amount for the service, however Small Claims cases & court cases may incur further charges agreed with the client for the work conducted; payment is due upon request. Consumerletters.co.uk maintain & retain full artistic & intellectual license in relation to the process and all correspondence provided on the clients’ behalf.

2.1

I, the client, understand the turnaround period for completion of this action can be between 1 – 12 months, dependent on the swiftness of an authority’s, bailiff's or relevant respondent’s replies, and I consent to Consumerletters.co.uk acting on my behalf for the duration of the dispute. All replies sent to me must be forwarded to Consumerletters.co.uk. Failure to do so will be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.2

I, the client, accept that in the undertaking of all work relating to court cases, a non-returnable fee agreed by consent will be charged to cover administration costs.

2.3

I, the client, accept that administration costs may occur in fixed-fee cases that require additional work and I accept this will be in agreement with myself for the work conducted.

2.4

I, the client, understand that if I cancel the service for any reason once the correspondence process has started, I will be liable for all or part of the fee as determined by Consumerletters.co.uk.

2.5

I, the client, understand that it is in my best interest to inform Consumerletters.co.uk of all the details surrounding an issue.

2.6

I, the client, also understand that omitting or altering relevant information will only hinder my chance of success and may result in losing a case and the fee paid to Consumerletters.co.uk.

2.7

I, the client understand that if I take action independent of Consumerletters.co.uk without their consent or involvement, representation may cease with immediate effect and will result in the loss of fees paid to Consumerletters.co.uk.

2.8

I the client understand that, in the interests of professional courtesy, an appeals process is not concluded until Consumerletters.co.uk has agreed it is so.

2.9

I, the client, understand that in the event that an appeal is conclusively rejected to the acceptance of Consumerletters.co.uk, I accept that all avenues were explored to the best of Consumerletters.co.uk’s ability and I have no right or recourse to litigation to seek recompense from Consumerletters.co.uk for a failed appeal.

3. Ownership and Copyright

The names, images and logos identifying Consumerletters.co.uk web site http://www.Consumerletters.co.uk business name Consumerletters.co.uk and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of Consumerletters.co.uk. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication or otherwise any license or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of Consumerletters.co.uk, by any other third party. These names and the web site content cannot be used, copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, printed or modified without the express permission of Consumerletters.co.uk.

Client information is received and retained in the context of a purpose designed, secure file transfer system which alleviates concerns about unreliable and insecure attachment methods. We take intellectual copyright, classified material and other forms of confidential documents very seriously. Consumerletters.co.uk and the client will have joint copyright, ownership and control over all replies received from the relevant council in relation to their claim. Consumerletters.co.uk will have copyright, ownership and control over all other materials submitted by Consumerletters.co.uk. Consumerletters.co.uk reserves the right to display successful claims as testimonials, minus the client's personal information. Clients' details will not be made available to third parties. I, the client, understand that my personal details will only be used in relation to this case and will be held securely by Consumerletters.co.uk in the event of any repeat business of this nature between Consumerletters.co.uk and myself. Personal details will be discarded at my request.

5. Refusal or Denial of Service

Consumerletters.co.uk reserves the right to decline service to current or prospective clients without explanation. If in the unlikely event Consumerletters.co.uk is in possession of funds for unfulfilled service, the funds will be returned to the client - via their original payment method or a method of their choosing (cost incurred not withstanding) - minus any reasonable operation costs incurred by Consumerletters.co.uk in respect of activity for and on behalf of the client.

6. Service Quality and Standards

All documentation is proof-read, edited and/or created to a high and exacting standard. Consumerletters.co.uk endeavours to ensure that the client's work will be error free. Furthermore, Consumerletters.co.uk is not responsible for service delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as technical problems, including server issues that are beyond our control. Consumerletters.co.uk is not liable or responsible for any damage to computer hardware or software arising from the distribution of a computer virus.

7. Accuracy of Client Information

The client must provide true and accurate information with respect to their name, address, e-mail address, phone number, the incident and all payment details. Failure to provide correct and accurate information can result in a refusal to provide, or a suspension of, service. The client assumes all responsibility for any problems, errors, issues, as well as legal liability, resulting from false information. All information submitted by the client is confidential.

8. Financial Fraud or Theft

Consumerletters.co.uk is not liable for the fraudulent use of any credit cards or other payment method that may be used to purchase its services.

9. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Consumerletters.co.uk and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable fees and costs for the service of an attorney, or as may be made by any third party due to or arising from use of the site or service, or violation of the terms and conditions by the client, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity by the client.

10. Termination of Service and Contractual Obligations

In the event of a client violating any or all of the terms and conditions contained in this document, Consumerletters.co.uk reserves the right to terminate all service and contractual obligations with the client. Furthermore, Consumerletters.co.uk may, at its discretion, discontinue or terminate operation of its website, services or trading name without notice at any time and for any reason. Any monies held at this time will be returned via the original payment method.

11. Modifications of Terms and Conditions as Displayed on the Consumerletters.co.uk Website
